Refunds & Returns

  • The item not performing as expected.

If the issue is minor, we may offer a repair or replacement instead of a refund.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we may provide store credit or an exchange at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

If a refund or replacement is approved, we will cover return shipping costs for faulty items. For other returns, customers may be responsible for shipping fees.
