Listening to someone who is obviously expert in their field and so enthusiastic is such a joy. Tom was all that and more. We left enthused, inspired and empowered with knowledge to start our own fungi cultivating. Tom is a teacher. He knows his content and how to deliver it. Practical and straightforward with product that gives results. Great fun and a lovely way to spend a few productive hours in beautiful surrounds. Five stars all the way.

Before visiting today, I honestly didn’t know much about fungi. Tom brought me up to speed about mushroom cultivation by explaining the process in a practical and visual way. We begun the process of cultivating blue oyster and lion’s mane mushrooms on site, and now i have clear instructions on how to manage and harvest them from home, for the weeks and months to come! Tom’s passion and knowledge of fungi is nothing short of impressive. Don’t miss this one!
